During the incident no data was synchronized with Homes & Villas by Marriott International.

As a consequence of Homes & Villas by Marriott International system outage, Rentals United "My Services" user interface module was not accessible and the data synchronization delay for other channels increased from 1 second to 2h (pessimistically)

All Rentals United services started operating normally when Homes & Villas by Marriott International systems was back on 2022-09-22 at 12:00 UTC
