During the maintenance window our hosting provider Amazon Web Services triggered a database restart which caused Rentals United outage. All Rentals United services has been down since 19:59 UTC. AWS Engineers are working on resolving the issue.

Update
Maintenance window has been extended due to some maintenance tasks taking longer than expected.
All Rentals United systems are fully functional.
We will update status page when the maintenance is completed.

Maintenance of Rentals United server infrastructure started on September 5th, 2021 at 6PM UTC. We believe that the maintenance will take 2 hours. Rentals United services may respond slower than usual during the maintenance.

This Sunday, September 5th, 2021 at 6:00PM UTC we will perform system maintenance to keep Rentals United platform reliable and fast. During the maintenance window , Rentals United services may be slower than usual.
Our goal is not to exceed 1 hour sync delay with PMS partners and Sales Channels.
We will update Rentals United statuspage (rentalsunited.statuspage.io) at the beginning of maintenance and again when the maintenance is completed.
